When a vehicle is stolen or hijacked, time is the most critical factor. Our Nerve Centre receives alerts from vehicle tracking systems or driver activation and immediately deploys our rapid response teams to intercept the vehicle.

Our response teams are strategically positioned across key regions and are trained in pursuit driving, tactical intervention, and coordination with law enforcement. We work closely with SAPS and other law enforcement agencies to ensure seamless cooperation during recovery operations.

Beyond immediate response, we conduct post-recovery investigations to gather intelligence that can inform future prevention strategies.
